Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it to manage my pay stubs, my benefits, and to view insurance information. It's helpful to have all my HR details in one places versus having to use 3-4 different solutions.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to view all HR benefits/ info in one place
  • Has an intuitive design, non-clunky
  • Emails me regularly when there is an update (such as a new paystub)

Cons

  • It could be nice if we could request PTO on Rippling
  • Makes employees feel better managed, since it is not a pain to use
  • Makes me more likely to use HR benefits since they are easy to view/ manage on the platform
  • Allows for more pay transparency since I can see how my paychecks are being divided/ taxed
I have used Acensus and find Rippling a lot more intuitive/ easy to navigate. It has a very user friendly UX.

Very modern, sleek design and the layout makes it user friendly as this is a simple platform to use.
It's super helpful to use Rippling to see a breakdown of my paychecks or to use the platform to navigate choosing different insurance plans.
