Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a UX Designer for a healthcare startup in Illinois. We use Rippling for payroll and HSA since we are a small startup and only have one HR. Rippling is really user friendly by making all the services we need in one place.

I used Justworks in my previous company. I feel like compared to other products, Rippling has more features - I used to use Justwork to keep track of my payroll and Divvy for travel reimbursement. Rippling is more powerful and I don't need to switch to different products any more in my daily work.
One area where Rippling could improve is making customer support a bit easier to find. When I tried to reimburse my HSA once, I selected a closed bank account, and I needed help correcting it. It took me a little while to locate the support email by googling, which was frustrating in the moment. If there were a more visible support link or easy access to contact options directly in the app, it would be super helpfu!

Interface is simple and features are easy to find. I don't need to google when I'm not sure to view the company diagram - feels like help documentation is really easy to understand.
I think Rippling makes managing my HSA and benefits a lot easier. I used to go back abd forth multiple platforms just to track my HSA contributions. I feel like Rippling make everything finally in one place. I can set up my HSA contributions, check my balance with just a few clicks - I can also use the same credentials across platforms.
