Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I do believe that it gives quick access to people management. It made an easier way of putting all the information needed in one place for the betterment of the HR management process. The payroll process is also a lot convenient to track that is why I recommend Rippling to small or big organizations. I can easily update my hours and it's user-friendly.

Cons

  • Sometimes, the authentication code is not sent. I have experienced this issue that I needed the HR team to assist me because I was not receiving any auth code on my mobile now.
  • People management is becoming top-tier.

I am giving a score of 9/10 because I truly believe that there's so much needed to improve on authentication codes not being sent successfully to contractors who are not living in the USA sometimes. The issue must be addressed, as it holds significant importance and may pose a daily challenge.

However, I highly recommend Rippling, as it has significantly improved the way our HR team operates! Thank you.
It is simple to use. The design is perfect. Navigation is well designed. I also love the fact that there's a mobile application, so you can surely access your profile and other stuff on the go.

On the other hand, I can really say that Rippling is the best application that I have used so far. Even if you are not techy, you will not have a hard time navigating the whole thing.
