Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is the hub for all the employee amenities. It is where we can request time off, see the holiday calendar, see our benefits, payroll, etc.

Pros

  • Reminds you of actions you have to take, such as enrolling in insurance before the open enrollment ends.
  • Has a clean aesthetic to find what you are looking for easily
  • The search function allows for easy and efficient navigation so you don't have to click around to find a person / place you are looking for

Cons

  • I'm not sure what is missing. I find the software useful

It is easily intuitive and doesn't take much of a learning curve to get used to
I think it is a clean and easy to use platform. It is a great tool for keeping all employee needs in one place. It is convenient for tracking and asking for time off, so you can just request it, see when it is approved, and then follow how many days a year you have taken off and for what reasons. it is easy to see your pay cycles, set goals, peruse your benefits, and so much more. I like that it puts everything at your fingertips with a user friendly interface.
