Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I have a small business and have been using Rippling for more than two years for payroll. Implementation was very easy. Running payroll is a breeze and takes literally under a minute. I just hired a new person - it was simple to set her up both on my end and hers. I highly recommend Rippling.

Pros

  • Ease of implementation.
  • Running payroll is quick and easy.

Cons

  • Some search functions could be more intuitive.
  • Makes my life easier.
  • Less expensive than QuickBooks.
QuickBooks is very expensive.
There is no phone support but emails are responded to fairly quickly.

1 - I'm the founder and owner of RSL Communications. I'm the sole user of Rippling; I use it for payroll which I run every two weeks.I also issue W-2 and 1099 forms typically at the end of January. Rippling is very easy to use; payroll literally takes under 30 second to run. There's a portal for employees to access various information.

I have a small business and don't need a lot of functionality, just payroll and issuing forms. It's pretty easy to use and I can run payoll literally in less than 30 seconds. It's a great tool!

Since it's in the cloud, I can run payroll remotely, on vacation, etc. It's a good value. Cost and ease of use would be the main criteria; I don't believe I would change this process.

Rippling Reliability

I have a small business and just run payroll and issue payroll forms. I have no need to deploy the service over several departments
In the flve plus years I've been using Rippling, I do not believer there was ever an instance where the systems was not available. It's a terrific platform that has made my life easier.
Yes, the pages load quickly and running payroll has been very easy. Reporting could be improved, though. I tried to pull a report on total payroll for a particular year and had a hard time finding what I need.

Payroll in Rippling is linked to my Quickbooks account. It was very easy to set up. Reconciling is a breeze.
