Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use it almost every week to check my pays or my days off. also to get some information about the company or my colleagues. Rippling addresses all sort of the problems that are associated with HR Role. It helps you as an employee to know all the necessary details you need. My scope is mainly when I need to check my days off or to get info about someone within the organization

Pros

  • Seeing when and how much you get paid smoothly with all the details you need
  • Changing your bank account information very smoothly too
  • Requesting days off is also so convenient

Cons

  • Maybe an AI chat that helps to direct to a certain place in the website or answer some of questions
  • The headline is confusing sometimes
  • How to show the personal information can be improved too
  • I think automated payroll process saved around 8-10 hours every week
  • Overall employee experience has enhanced
  • I think the learning carve takes more than the usual and that can be a negative thing
I haven't had the chance to contact Rippling support.

I think it is perfect. I don't see any problem with it. I think 10 is reflecting how good and useable Rippling is. I wouldn't give it actually because that is truly how I feel about Rippling and how my experience has been with this platform so far. Great platform
I changed my bank information a few weeks ago, It will suited me how I just removed my old bank account information and replace it with the new one without any issues with the finance department or the HR.

Less appropriate is when I was looking for some of my personal information and it took me a while to figure it out
