Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Seagull Software uses Rippling for HR/Payroll/Time & Benefits management. Scheduling time off, keeping track of holidays and related time management is very easy. Other functions like generating a payroll stub, or other pay related activities is very straightforward. All of the data is there to access. Finally where Rippling really shines is providing real-time access to benefits, storing all of the information relating directly to me, as well as the broader information about plans and processes.

There are many products that can fulfill what Rippling does. Since i was not part of the purchasing team, and my opinions are just that of a User, i can say that for the features offered and the time needed to be spent to handle a given task, Rippling offers great value
If you are looking for a single platform to manage HR/Benefits/Payroll and Time Management, Rippling should be on your short list. As a User, time is my single biggest concern. Where having to schedule time off, or check benefits or obtain payroll information is a "time sink" in no way contributing to my job, having an application that is simple and easy to use is primary.
