Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling as our leading HR software. We can view our paystubs, submit time off, view company policies, updates, etc.
Pros
- Submitting Paid Time Off.
- Viewing Pay Stubs.
- Viewing company policies.
Cons
- Having to verify my account every time I log in.
- Unable to submit less than 4 hours of PTO (unsure if this is a company policy).
- Unable to edit PTO hours (must delete request and submit a brand new one).
- Unable to submit or use partial hours accrued.
- Easier to use.
- Tracking
- Eco system.
Similar, but Rippling seems a lot more straightforward.
