Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling to manage my time, keep track of my hours, access my paystubs, manage my sick leave and PTO. I also can see the schedule of my fellow co-workers who may be on leave.

It has really been a valuable asset to the company I work for in helping employees access most needs pertaining to payroll.
The company I work for was previously using QuickBooks as our source for payroll. We did not have access to our paystubs or our PTO or Sick Leave. The HR person was solely responsible for providing us with the basic necessities of getting information regarding our attendance and time off. But since we now have Rippling it has been total access to all things related payroll and time management. We also get to view the schedules of our co-workers which helps with collaboration. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
