Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling as the central hub for benefits, payroll, time off, and general workplace employee management such as hosting the org chart. Rippling does a good job of consolidating the otherwise disparate number of HR / admin functionality for the small start up I work with. We do not use Rippling for learning and some of the other eligible functionality around workforce education.
Pros
- Consolidate several key functions we need from an admin perspective
- Easy for employees to use
- Offering a set of outsourced benefit packages
Cons
- Some of the integrations are simply links out to other providers (i.e. Guideline retirement)
- Because of the depth of services, it can be hard to wrangle during implementation
- Occasional hiccups in functionality need support and aren't self-serve
- Reduced / delayed need for full time admin staffing
- Consolidated benefits, payroll, and a handful of other services into a single packaged price
- Employee retention from access to good healthcare benefits
Rippling is like a modern version of ADP which is more user friendly.
