Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as a catch-all. I use it to book time off and view my vacation allotments, as well as view payroll information and access our organization chart. I use Rippling as a launching pad to access our health benefits and other important apps. It solves the question of where this is.

Pros

Rippling is one of the most useful products in our tech stack. It's accessible and easy to learn. It never takes more than a few clicks to figure out where your relevant information is stored in the product, which is great. It delivers on all fronts when it comes to accessibility.
Rippling does a great job of being an accessible company-wide repository. The user experience is seamless and straightforward; it's always clear where to go. Their support team is responsive and helpful as well. It takes several seconds to request time off, and it's easy for my manager to approve my requests.
