Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am a front-line staff member who uses Rippling to view my pay stubs, check time-off balances, complete annual training, submit expense reports, obtain my W-2 forms, review and complete my yearly reviews, and add expense reporting for my company credit card.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate.
  • Visually appealing.
  • Great to see PTO balance.
  • Easy to see company holidays.
  • Easy to see expense history.

Cons

  • Wish I could 'favorite' my expense reporting with my company credit card.
  • I wish I could see the date/time my manager viewed by time off request.

Rippling is perfect for our start-up! It has everything we need, and it's easy enough to use that we don't need additional training to figure out how to use it.
