Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to handle employee onboarding, payroll, time off, and human resources. We can save time and minimize mistakes by keeping everything in one location. Rippling provides solutions for issues like PTO tracking, speedy payroll processing, and maintaining employee data organization. Every member of our team uses it for routine HR duties.

Rippling stood out due to its ease of use and the fact that it unifies payroll, expenses, time off, and human resources onto a single platform. Rippling had better automation and a cleaner interface than other programs like ADP and Zoho. We selected it because it meets our needs, saves time, and is easy to use.
Because Rippling is simple to use, saves a ton of time, and keeps everything in one location, I gave it an eight. Payroll, time off, and HR management are all effectively handled by it. Since there is potential for improvement and some features are a little basic, I didn't give it a perfect score.

Because Rippling is straightforward and easy to use for the majority of tasks, including payroll and time off, I gave it a seven. However, there are times when it takes a long time to load, and some features could be more detailed or flexible. Nevertheless, it does a good job for daily requirements.
Appropriate: Rippling is excellent for tracking vacation time, onboarding new hires, and managing payroll. When you need to manage several HR responsibilities in one location, it's quite useful.Less suitable: Because some of the features are a little basic, it might not be the best choice for very large businesses that require highly customized workflows or sophisticated reporting.
