Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We brought in Rippling to help us keep track of expense accounts, provide spend cards to help us with this across teams who are based all across the country with vastly different uses, and to track employee HR information in ONE PLACE. The spend cards have helped us manage, track, and report expenses in a more efficient manner.

Pros

  • Tracking and Submitting of Expenses.
  • Showcasing an HR-based dashboard with employment anniversaries and birthdays.
  • Managing credit cards across teams and departments.

Cons

  • Submitting credit card expenses require too many clicks for my taste.
  • I wish there were a little more visibility in the HR modules as a super admin.
  • The mobile app seems to crash often on my iPhone 15.
  • Saved us at least 40 hrs per month in accounting expenses, compiling receipts.
  • Saved a FTE for tracking expenses, managing reports.
  • Has created a one-stop shop for employees and managers to collaborate on expenses.
Expensify was great, but it didn't offer spend cards and associated credit card management, which was a huge bonus for our teams.

I love how simple the user interface is and how easy the options are to understand. I am not an accounting person; I am a creative professional, and I have to trust the process more often than not. I find the experience within Rippling to be easy, and my CFO loves it.
A great system for anyone with multiple teams who need to track all credit card charges as they occur, manage submitted expenses, and even oversee payroll and spend card accounts. The interface is straightforward to use. The mobile app is a bonus. I do wish the mobile app were a little more automated, so that recurring expenses could be tracked and designated for easier ongoing submissions.
