Rippling offers a centralized platform to check employee information. Starting from the leave tracking till payroll, it eases out the tracking and requesting any required information in one go. Automation of certain flows in submitting review and scheduling the interviews is one such feature that helps the user not to rely on emails to check the candidate details.

So overall, it is a great product that solves our use case.
Overall, it is a good experience to invest in Rippling as it is handling all the HR related stuff in an organized manner. No need to reach out to any specific person or manager for the approval outside Rippling. It helps in checking out the day-to-day calendar to track and update things planned for the day. It can be improved in the analytics and personalization of some of the features.
