Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling mainly to automate our payroll process in our company. It saves us time and cuts down on technical and human errors. It also keeps our employee and employer info in one place so our onboarding process became easier. My previous company didn't use Rippling so payroll and HR tasks took too long, now in my current company, we can handle everything faster and more accurate. Right now we mostly use it for payroll and employee data but we might try other features as we grow.

Rippling's support team did not lack the human touch that I'm always looking for in customer services representatives. They are quick to respond and actually solves the problem instead of just pointing me to articles.

Rippling's interface is modern and very easy to use. The layout is clean and tasks like running payroll or updating employee info can be done quickly without confusion. You'd be surprise how many services from other bigger firms have terrible interface and an even worse user awareness. Rippling was designed to be easy instead of complicated which I value and appreciate.
In my current company we have over 200 employees and without Rippling, payroll really becomes tricky. Rippling helps save time and keep everything accurate in this scenario where the company has multiple employees. In my previous company we had a very small team so I believe that although Rippling is an amazing service, it would be less appropriate in this scenario where you're only handling a number of employees.
