Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I am the main administrator for Rippling. I oversee payroll, onboarding, all HR related tasks. Rippling helped us with automating and streamlining our processes. The managers are more involved by having to approve their employees' timecards and approving time off requests. This helps me and I have more time to focus on other things for the organization.

  • Initial policy setup could be easier.
  • Had some issues with the mobile app time clock.
  • More import features would be nice.
  • This is hard to answer because we are very new to Rippling.

It takes a little bit of getting used to rippling just like anything else, however once you get that hang of it, it becomes very easy to utilize. It is very user friendly, and I like how strict and secure it is. I love the automation. It helps streamline everything.
Rippling has a great automation process, and it helps with streamlining everything. It's great that the managers are more involved with approvals of timecards and time off requests. The setting up of the policies could be easier with more assistance from Rippling. Overall, it's a great product and we are enjoying it.
