Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My organization uses Rippling for payment management and processing, onboarding and offboarding employees. It also tracks PTO,, handles company taxes. WE have integrated Transamerica directly with Rippling for ease of use.

Pros

Cons

  • benefits were somewhat difficult to manage
  • compiling specialized payroll reports can be tricky
  • it would be helpful to be able to have customer service support through the phone as well.
  • There are no longer mistakes in employee payroll and no need for us to make adjustments
  • pto tracking is accurate now
Customer service online chart is helpful but I really like when a specialist jumps on the chat and then we can have a zoom call to handle the issue further, share my screen, etc.

Easy to use and manage
Rippling is very well suited to handle payroll processing and on/offboarding employees. They have walked me through one-time payroll processing due to terminations and have assisted me in figuring out pay outs.
