Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as a workforce management tool. It centralizes employee information such as roles, reporting structure, start dates, birthdays, and what teams or campaigns people are working on. We also track client assignments, including which manager and agents are aligned to each client, as well as active lines of business. Since we operate as a BPO, Rippling helps us keep visibility and structure as teams and LOBs scale or change.

Pros

  • keeping up with tasks
  • organizational structure visualization
  • start date of employees, employees timeline

Cons

  • non-related tasks assigned to one person
  • data and reporting too robust
  • small changes cascade to the whole company. Warning of this would be nice
  • fast employee onboarding
  • reduce manual work - operational efficiency
  • improved visibility and accountability

Do you think Rippling delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Rippling's feature set?

Yes

Did Rippling live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Rippling go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Rippling again?

Yes

I rated Rippling a 9 because it’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and works well for managing core employee and organizational data at scale. Most workflows are straightforward, and the platform does a good job of centralizing information that would otherwise live across multiple tools or spreadsheets.
Rippling works really well for managing core employee data at scale, especially in a fast-growing or multi-client environment. It’s well suited for onboarding and offboarding, maintaining org structure, tracking roles, start dates, managers, and keeping a single source of truth for who is assigned to which client or line of business. It’s also helpful for maintaining consistency as teams grow or shift.
Where Rippling is less appropriate is in areas like day-to-day workforce operations, performance tracking, or real-time scheduling and forecasting. For more complex operational analytics or productivity management, we typically rely on more specialized tools.
