Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
It is being used by the entire IT department to back up our business-critical applications. It solves the issue of using backup systems that constantly fail and require constant interaction.
- It allows you to create SLAs and assign them easily to VMware/Hyper-V Hosts/VMs.
- You set your policies and let Rubrik manage the rest.
- Rubrik support is fast and easy to work with.
- Not all feature sets that we were sold on are included in the current version.
- Occasionally we run into an issue and the errors are not very intuitive
- It has allowed us to consolidate to a single backup solution, save money and time.
- Veritas Backup Exec and Veeam Backup & Replication
Rubrik required less overhead to start up. You install the Briks and start backing up. Other solutions require additional servers and fiber cards etc.
