Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik

Rubrik is our main backup solution (for my customer where I have a role as manager for datacenter operations.)

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Speed
  • Great support organisation

Cons

  • Better/simpler reporting
  • Simpler upgrade/expand solution (think one-click)
  • More tools for analysis of the data passing true the system.
  • Less errors on backups
  • Shorter backup window.
  • End-user restore (self service)
I have used (since I'm a datacenter consultant) many softwares--Veritas NetBackup, Comvault, Veep, HYCU, ArchServ, and Nakivo. But I think Rubrik is the best overall package.
No other backup solution has been this simple to install and use.
