Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
We use Rubrik for server and 365 backup across the whole organization. It helped us save time as it doesn't need to be constantly micromanaged. It is also giving us the confidence that our data is completely protected and secure. Furthermore we know we can have immediate access to the data by leveraging technologies such as instant restore.

Used to have Backupify for 365 backups which was utterly unreliable, it would fail to back up without any warnings/errors. Polaris has a neat dashboard that shows you if there are any problems. Backup times with Backupify were quite long as well, Polaris only takes 5-10 minutes even for larger amounts.
