Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik

We brought in Rubrik to solve our backup and DR challenges. We had outgrown our previous solution and could no longer depend on it for backup or DR. We deployed Rubrik across the entire organization for backup and DR and immediately were able to see the benefits. Rubrik [is] being used for all backup services and replicating to the cloud for DR.

  • Easy to deploy and manage.
  • Cloud out technology for cloud DR.
  • World class support!
  • Relatively expensive compared to other solutions, but it's no questions asked worth it!
  • Hyper-V support comes after VMware usually.
  • Ability to fully recover in the event of disaster.
  • Less time spent managing backups.
Rubrik is the cool new guy that everyone wants to be like. They use new innovative technology that leads to a better backup and DR solution. They are not tied down to the old legacy ways of doing things.
I spent virtually no time managing backups anymore. It went from hours a week to sometimes just a few minutes. Their automation takes care of everything. I get a daily status report from Rubrik and can quickly see the status of all of our backups.
Rubrik doesn't require a team to manage it [as] other solutions do. Within a couple [of] hours of deploying the appliance we had data being backed up to the appliance locally and to the cloud! It's so easy to use that it feels almost too easy. You would think a highly sophisticated solution like Rubrik would be hard to manage. But the Rubrik team has made it dead simple. Their UI is easy to navigate and doesn't take long to learn.

Rubrik can backup anything from [a] traditional physical Windows Server to completely virtualized environments. Rubrik SQL and VM backup [are] where Rubrik really shines [through]. Their backups [are] quick and the instant recovery is even faster. It blows any other solution out of the water.

Rubrik Support

Rubrik support is hands down some of the best product support we have. They know their product and are quick to assist. Submitting support cases is easier and they are very responsive. You don't have to use Rubrik support often but when you do they have your back.
