Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
We use Rubrik in order to back up our corporate virtualization platform, Office 365, OneDrive and SharePoint. The immutable Files system adds a layer of protection against ransomware attacks, with Radar changes to all systems are notified to us, so we know of a potential attack.
Sonar allows us to know what data is where, and with either proactively address this or if there were a data breach - understand the risk of the organisation. Live Mount and Cloud on allows us to operate our DR capability in the public cloud. All in all, Rubrik is fantastic.

We were a Commvault customer for over 10 years, but a tape library and tape fire-safe part of the solution, which was very manual and time-consuming. Making restores and rebuilding systems a very manual process. Tape drives are not as reliable and are age poorly, as does the tape media, which were replacing each financial year on a rolling replacement (££).
