Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
We use Rubrik to back up all our servers, and our Office 365 environments Exchange Online and OneDrive. We use site to site replication and Azure archival offloading.

Rubrik is far superior. Veeam is a great product, but Rubrik is much easier to manage and deploy and has a much higher backup success rate and far fewer time to remediate failures.
The backups are immutable and our ability to hold the backups in multiple locations, as well as offsite in the cloud adds a level of comfort.
EOL and OneDrive backups are seamless. We just backup the tenant and it just works.
We limit access to only those that need it. The product has full RBAC and SSO integration capabilites.
