Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik
For O365 backup we use Polaris and it is really ease of management.
Good thing about Rubrik is the GUI which is ease of management and anyone can work on it even without knowledge.
Also the support is available at anytime to support the customer. I am very satisfied with the Rubrik. Still there is so much room for improvements but it seems it take some time

We have has different quotes for other products as well. But when compared with Rubrik all are quite expensive and doesn't offer many features what are given in Rubik. And no trainings provided as part of deployment. Rubrik gave us trainings during and post deployment which is very useful for the employees
