Overall Satisfaction with Rubrik

Our previous disk to disk backups had become so slow that we could no longer rely on the. Use needed something that was cost-effective, worked with our virtual environment, and had DR options. Rubrik had the answers we needed for all of those and my team loves it. Major Lifesaver!!!

We moved from Backup Exec to Rubrik and never looked back. The deduplication features are outstanding in being able to spin up a VM on the system to check for something on a backup and move it to the production server is not something I had seen before. Rubrik brought us additional functionality and it was easier to use.
We have had small subsets of data become compromised, we were able to restore from Rubrik to eliminate the threat. We knew we could find good clean and safe files and restore them quickly with this system. It was worth every penny to have the ability to protect ourselves. Great protection.
We used the mail backup option. I was not there long enough to truly evaluate this.
This was something that was added after I left.

Rubrick works very well with data center systems that have not been moved to the cloud. It also provides options on how you can move your disaster recovery backups to a cloud service. My team loves the ease of use with Rubric and they are able to rest well because of how well it works.

Customer Experience

My team loves the support that Rubrik offers. They are quick to respond and work well within the team. They also like how its set up for them to easily get in to make it fix and the monitoring that comes along with it. This helps us stay ahead of issues with the system!

Using Rubrik

200 - All areas of the business had data backed up here. File server, SQL, student information system, etc. All users had something here, it was so powerful and most importantly it was easy for my team to use. Many areas were saved by this. I would purchase this again without thinking twice.
