Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

I have a small business and it is used to run our payroll and I am the only one who uses it and finds it easy to work with to run payroll and needed reports for payroll and taxes as needed.
  • Ease of inputting information for payroll and generating needed reports for payroll
  • Accessing needed reports for accountant when working with taxes
  • I honestly haven't had any issues over the 2 years I have been using the services
  • The reports allow me to make comparisons as my business evolves.
ADP's site is much more user friendly than paychex but of course I haven't used their service in over 2 years so that may have changed.
It is well suited for those not able to run payroll in-house and generate the necessary reports. Of course, not needed in a company where payroll is done in-house and are able to generate tax documentation.
