I have used the HR Helpdesk a few times for more information. Also, I have looked at the DP Marketplace. I use reports from time to time and that helps when we need more information. I have not used the Handbook Wizard but might check it out. I also have not used Zip Recruiter in some years.
We use [RUN Powered by ADP] for HR and for payroll as well as reporting. This helps us track our employees dates, hiring actions, PTO and payroll information including rates of pay, deductions and contributions to the IRA. This system makes it easy to get the job done including paying our employees, entering a new hire or changes and to be able to run reports with ease.
- Ease of running reports
- Payroll is easy to process and complete
- Entering new information and new employees is a simple process step by step
- Customer Service is usually pretty easy to get...some waits for call backs at times
- You need to be able to put job titles in but you cannot! This is the worst thing missing.
- More customer service reps to lower wait times would be helpful.
- Job categories should be able to be entered manually as they rarely match our job's categories.
- It has made the things we do for HR and payroll in it more efficient.
- It is very reasonably prices.
- Customer service has been able to help with most of my needs. RUN [Powered by ADP] does have some limitations but not that affect what we need to do the most.
They can access their pay stubs, W-2s and make simple changes. That is nice since they do not have to ask me for those things. Our employees seem to not use it a whole lot and sometimes need help accessing the system. Also, former employees often need pay stubs but do not seem to have access anymore. I would like a way to address that or to know about it if it exists.
The above systems are more in depth and more pricey [than RUN Powered by ADP]. If you need a more basic system and to not spend a lot of money than RUN is better. Also, it is better for smaller companies. Workforce Now at times include EZ Labor Manger.
