Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I have used Zip Recruiter to research resumes, I have called the HR desk a few times and was always given great advise. We still need to finalize our handbook.
I currently use RUN Powered by ADP for processing payroll and tax reporting
  • Easy to use
  • Tax reporting reports easy to create
  • Payroll processing quick to enter
  • Payroll funds withdrawal more consistent depending when payroll is processed
  • RUN Powered by ADP is reasonable priced
We are a small firm but I know a few of us use the site to review paystubs and update direct deposit information. Need to try and get employees in the habit of logging in.
I actually just downloaded the app last week. Looking forward to trying to prepare payroll from it soon
This is the first time that I have been the main person preparing payroll. In the past I was more of the liaison between accountant and payroll person.

I have been using RUN Powered by ADP for two years. It is very easy to get around the site, easy to use in all sections. I really haven't come across any areas that I feel are less appropriate.

Using RUN Powered by ADP®

1 - We use RUN for processing payroll, workers compensation, HR 411 functions (Zip Recruiter and Career Plug). I routinely use sample forms and run reports.
1 - Management and HR background as using the RUN program has confidential information that not everyone should be privy to.

We were very unhappy with our last payroll company. We have been using ADP for about three years and everything has been very easy to use. Communication is easy with representatives. When I first started using RUN about 2 years ago chat time seemed to be longer but this past year no problems.
