We have not used the HR help desk
Run makes our payroll easy
- Entering payroll is easy
- They Handle the taxes
- They handle completion of w-2's
- Run works well for us
- maybe some additional reports formats
- Changing employee information
- This has freed up employees to handle other area as payroll is easy with ADP
- They do upgrade the system frequently
- reports can be tricky
The employees can see their information as soon as payroll is processed, they do not have to wait for the actual deposit to be completed before viewing the information.
our employees love the mobile app
We have been with ADP since 2014 we did compare other companies in 2015 but found ADP to be the best
