Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We do not use any of these items.
We are an ADP RUN Wholesaler that allows small businesses, our accounting firm, to provide them with payroll services. We provide weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payrolls. The software has problems uploading IRS and other departments' letters and responding to the agencies quickly. The lack of communication and follow-up with issues with any government agencies when it comes to payroll tax issues is awful.

Cons
- Onboarding specialist for new accounting firms bringing on 50 clients.
- Dedicated Service Rep for over 50 clients.
- Turnaround time for IRS payroll letters are TOO LONG.
- Avoid duplicate entry for payroll.
- Faster then QBO and QuickBooks Desktop.
- WASTING TOO MUCH TIME on IRS notices and follow up.
- Having to always contact the client services department instead of having a dedicated service rep.
Employees all use these options, and it is very easy for clients to update employees or accountants.
App works great!
