Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

all of them and not impressed.
We switched to ADP RUN back in January. I like how we can incorporate payroll, benefits, 401k into the platform. Although I was made several promises that have not come to fruition as of yet.

Pros

  • integrates all functions of HR

Cons

  • Doesn't allow for scheduled payraises
  • Time off functionality to allow for unpaid time off requests
  • allowing paystub messages to only certain staff not all.
  • Negative impact, I have to work much harder than my previous payroll system.
The employee access portal is user friendly.
A little bit of time, but it doesn't have really good functionality for pay raises, tracking, performance reviews, etc.
I switched to ADP because I had a really good salesperson; but the functionality has not been the best. Paycor was a lot more user friendly. I spend a lot more time on payroll, time off requests, trying to determine appropriate merit based pay raises, have outside performance review system.

I moved our health benefits broker to ADP to be integrated and have not have the level of service I was expecting. The ADP broker was supposed to shop around for better/cost effective insurance; we are now 3 weeks from renewal and I am unable to reach him.

Using RUN Powered by ADP®

2 - As far as managers, myself and the owner of the company uses it.
1 - I run the administrative department in my company. I perform all admin and HR functions.
I'm not getting the support I thought I would.

Evaluating RUN Powered by ADP® and Competitors

Yes - It replaced Paycor and our outside insurance broker, and John Hancock for 401k management. I like how it is integrated into one platform, but I'm not getting the level of support that I thought I would, especially on the Insurance broker side.

During my initial onboarding and payroll run, I did get support by the payroll team.
No one is helping or have reached out regarding my open enrollment period for benefits. I had to reach out first and still do not have a resolution.
