Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
all of them and not impressed.
We switched to ADP RUN back in January. I like how we can incorporate payroll, benefits, 401k into the platform. Although I was made several promises that have not come to fruition as of yet.
Pros
- integrates all functions of HR
Cons
- Doesn't allow for scheduled payraises
- Time off functionality to allow for unpaid time off requests
- allowing paystub messages to only certain staff not all.
- Negative impact, I have to work much harder than my previous payroll system.
The employee access portal is user friendly.
A little bit of time, but it doesn't have really good functionality for pay raises, tracking, performance reviews, etc.

Evaluating RUN Powered by ADP® and Competitors
Yes - It replaced Paycor and our outside insurance broker, and John Hancock for 401k management. I like how it is integrated into one platform, but I'm not getting the level of support that I thought I would, especially on the Insurance broker side.

I would want more insight into how the platform works before making my decision.
