Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It's used across the whole organization. We use Intacct to provide accurate and on time information to support decision making.
  • Slices and dices information to report lots of different ways via dimensions.
  • Reports are easy. Giving employees access to standard reports like budget to actual provides great accountability within our organization.
  • The ability to integrate with various other platforms via a robust API is a huge plus.
  • The Fixed Asset module has room for improvement. For example, the Asset roll-forward, doesn't include CIP. Also custom reporting on the fixed asset module is not good.
  • Better help on how to implement the robust features.
  • Saved us a lot of time in reporting.
Intacct provided more flexibility for what we needed.
Really great for orgs with $5MM in revenue or more.

Might be less appropriate for smaller organizations with limited budgets.

Their integration with Salesforce is good for standard implementations of Salesforce. However, if you have a very custom instance of Salesforce, it might not be ideal.
