Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I transitioned our organization from an antiquated system to Sage Intacct. It is a night and day difference. The ability to slice and dice the data easily brings a new level of visibility to our organization. We are extremely excited about the new partnership between Sage and Intacct. I believe they will bring the product to a new level.
- Dashboard Reporting is extremely easy use and manage
- Third party integrations are a huge plus
- Ease of Use
- Custom Report builder is difficult to use
- Can improve the mobile friendly aspect of the solution
- I am not a fan of the basic ticketing approach for base level users (call support is an additional expense)
- It has allowed for us to expand our financial resources without the need to hire more staff
- It integrates with a lot of the third party providers that we were already using or wanting to use
- It took us to a paperless environment
We believe it was more recognized by the financial community than Blackbaud was.
