Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Intacct as our accounting software. We also are wanting to take payroll into intacct. Our business uses several systems that integrate with intacct such as Lookr, Expensify and Salesforce.

Pros

  • It's customizable.
  • Real-time data.
  • The roles and permissions work great for SOX controls.

Cons

  • Ability to change after initial set up is difficult.
  • I would like videos and examples to be easier to find in the help [section].
It could not grow with us like Sage.
The opportunities are endless.
