Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Intacct is currently being used by our finance department. It addresses several needs for us, but most notably it helps significantly with our revenue recognition.

  • It has allowed us to do significantly more financial analysis to drive better decision making.
We've significantly benefited from the automation derived from the Salesforce and Intacct integration in our billing. We no longer have to manually enter the data from our contracts - we can push it over from Salesforce seamlessly.
Intacct has been great in simplifying our revenue recognition on our contracts. It's certainly more suited for organizations with more complex processes and structures as opposed to simple, small businesses.

Sage Intacct Support

I think they are great and super knowledgeable, but sometimes it takes follow-ups to get movement on a case.

I have a current open case where our links to Salesforce no longer work related to a switch in Salesforce organizations. Support has been really helpful in working with us and our Salesforce re-org vendor, including getting on a call with all of us. It was determined that all of the links to Salesforce in the Intacct subscription tables need broken and re-synced and Support (Wesley) has been really helpful with that.

Using Sage Intacct

I really like the majority of the functionality of the software, but it may take data entry users more time to get acclimated to Sage Intacct vs. accountants who tend to have more technical cognizance of how systems work.
