Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We are using it in the accounting and finance departments. We were able to add multiple entities and multi-currency which we weren't previously able to do.
- Multi currency
- Consolidation
- Training
- Reduced the consolidation process for multi-entity.
- Being able to use multi-currency functions is one of the largest benefits we have seen.
- The learning curve has increased our closing time. Coming from QuickBooks has been quite difficult.
It has really helped with our accounts payable workflow and the visibility of bills and bill payments. We have been able to outsource our bill entry and create rules on certain bill entries.
With global expansion, we have been able to incorporate multi-entity mode, as well as multi-currency mode and can a bigger picture of the overall health of our company. The ability to click a button and have everything consolidate and convert foreign currency to USD has saved us from having to do this manually in spreadsheets.
We selected Sage Intacct due to global expansion and the need to have multi-entities in one software, as well as begin to use multi-currency. I don't feel QuickBooks could have handled our growth, and the consolidation process would still have to be manual.
