Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is being used for GL Entries, Payables, Purchase Orders, Financial Reporting for the entire organization.
- Purchase Order, users can enter purchase orders and the workflow follows the approval process.
- Integration with our current AMS (NetForum) to handle GL entries and Deferred Revenue.
- FInancial reporting
- difficulty in setting up reports and programming custom workflows requires more learning then anticipated
- Implementation team from CLA could have been better
- Training users to enter PO's not as intuitive
- Forced us to change to more acceptable accounting practices
- Add controls to our accounting environment
We have not exploited this within Intacct but have fully integrated with our Association Management System which handles all of our receivables
have not needed to exploit these features with current institution.
NetSuite. We chose Intacct because we thought it would better meet our needs as an organization.
