Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Intacct is used across the whole organization. We have integrated with NetForum, our AMS to process transactions. Staff utilize purchasing modules. Here [at Intacct 2018] to learn how to better utilize the capabilities of Intacct.

  • Strong dashboards
  • Very intuitive

Cons

  • Multicurrency
  • Encumbrances
  • As of now we have not fully integrated with other IT systems so the ROI has not be fulfilled. We are at intacct 2018 to better learn.
We do not utilize.
We were able to integrate on it's own and it has been a smooth transition integrating with our new AMS.
Revenue recognition
Net Suite came in second
Very intuitive and easy to learn and train. Complex transactions including multicurrency needs improvement.
