Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for all Finance functions. Finance is the only department to use it.
- I like how customizable the software is.
- Using Intacct is easy and can be personalized to the user or role.
- I wish we could customize screens based on personal use. The best example is while entering bills. I would like to hide fields that we don't use and sort them in the order we like to enter them. I would like to have a separate "post" vs "post and new" button. This would allow us to eliminate the use of a mouse and speed up manual invoice entry.
- When submitting bills for payment it would be nice to have multiple approvers based on the entity of the payment request. As it is now, one person receives all the requests. We would like the notifications to go out based on the bank account the request is made for.
- We would like the option to select all bills in the pay bills screen.
- I do not perform this function.
We utilize recurring bills for the bills that we don't receive a monthly invoice from the vendor. It helps so we never forget them.
The pre-paid module helps to create our recurring journal entries. This saves a lot of time throughout the year.
