Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We are using Intacct to manage the finances for the entire organization. Every user has an account and can enter things such as reimbursements, etc. We use it for bank reconciliation, expense management and much more.
Pros
- Great Invoice generating with Salesforce syncing.
- Good reimbursement creation and submission
- Excellent account syncing with Salesforce.
Cons
- Syncing edits made to opportunities in salesforce back to Sage Intacct. Syncing works fine one creating new opportunities records, but once the first syncing happens, updates to the same Opp. records are no longer sync to Sage Intacct.
- Better and more timely customer support. It often takes several call and emails before getting the appropriate help from the support team.
- Positive: It has saved us time and money.
In the IT department, we are not able to properly provide feedback, the finance team is best suited to answer this question.
I haven't used any other products.
