Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
In the finance department, we use Sage Intacct for our GL and AP activities, as well as budgeting. Other departments use the program to check their P&Ls in order to manage their budget. It has addressed the elimination of time consuming tasks and paper waste.
Pros
- Intacct is consistently improving their program, and the updates are automatic due to it being cloud-based.
Cons
- Too many features require expensive add-ons/ integrations. It can be too costly for a nonprofit organization.
- We were able to streamline many of our processes that enabled us to focus on securing more grant funding for our mission.
Data entry is much faster, especially with imports and exports.
