Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is being used for GL accounting, AP, and budgeting. All departments use it to run their own P&L statements. Primarily it is used by the accounting department to track budgets, pay bills, and manage all revenue and expenses.
- The user interface is easy to navigate.
- Importing and exporting makes repetitive tasks faster.
- Permission controls are flexible for security purposes.
- Too many features cost extra or require add-ons.
- Getting one-on-one help can be difficult.
- Less time spent managing bulky paper files.
- Easier to share information across departments
The most beneficial we have found has been in AP. We used to have to type in hundreds of bills every month manually. Now we can import them or duplicate recurring bills.
We selected Sage Intacct because it was user-friendly, intuitive, and cloud-based. We also liked the easy import/ export capabilities and permission controls.
