Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is being used across our entire organization. It allows our organization to manage employees, projects, time, expenses, and invoices in one platform. Having a central database of our organization allows all parties to see live data to make easier decisions and streamline processes.

Pros

  • Dashboard/Reporting - Allows you to use your data to generate quick reports or live dashboards.
  • Billing - Create invoices and streamline directly from the platform.
  • Financial Accounting - Organized and allows for multi dimension analysis.

Cons

  • Project focused billing, rather than client focused.
  • AR Module should reflect project level data rather than client.
  • Consolidate 100% of our financial data into one platform.
  • Allows our team to make quick operational decisions with the data and dashboards readily available.
Our organization has benefited from the automation that Sage Intacct provides. What used to take hours to finalize and complete, only takes an hour of quality control to ensure everything is complete.
Our organization was able to roll out multi entity with the advanced modules within Sage Intacct. This allowed a smooth transition into a multi entity environment.
There are some areas of improvement with certain integrations and the data being transferred.
Sage Intacct is well suited in corporate accounting and financials, with data driven analysis and fundamentals. It needs some work around modules for different company industries, specifically project level billing rather than client level data.
