Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is our primary ERP. My experience more focuses on AP but I also have some experience with AR. I like that it integrates with Concur and has vendors that offer automation solutions.

  • Training material.
  • Time savings.
  • Better controls.
Concur integration brings over expenses to Intacct so there's less manual work. Automated payment collection also helps improve cash flow and reduces manual work for AR.
Sage Intacct offers great out-of-the-box functionalities. There is a lot of customization available. Sage also has knowledgeable implementation consultants.
Sage Intacct is great for companies who are seeing themselves outgrowing small business solutions such as Quickbooks. It is also great for those who want the ability to drill down on the financials easily. The dashboard is great and there are many different types of reports out of the box as well as ones you can build.
