The business office uses Sage Intacct for as its accounting and reporting software. The direct reports, our underwriters and managers have accept to the dashboards. The software gives up to the minute info on the finances of the organization.

- The ability to collaborate with other users within the system gets rid of the stickies on journal entries or emails to the different accounting staff.

- The change to the JE form in the last version- there was no reason given why. Wish there was a better communication.
- Sometimes reaching out to the community doesn't help solve the problem.
- The best modules are now an additional fee. As a non-profit- that is a tough.

Ability to quickly close the month. Love the duplication function in AP, AR, Cash Management and JEs. Able to attach backup through all the modules.
