Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
The business office uses Sage Intacct for as its accounting and reporting software. The direct reports, our underwriters and managers have accept to the dashboards. The software gives up to the minute info on the finances of the organization.
- Easy to use; intuitive screens
- Dashboards, once you learn how to put them together, are fun to create and really delve into the organization's finances
- The ability to collaborate with other users within the system gets rid of the stickies on journal entries or emails to the different accounting staff.
- The sandbox allows you to develop reports without harming your live data.
- The quarterly refreshes shows the commitment to the customer.
- The change to the JE form in the last version- there was no reason given why. Wish there was a better communication.
- Sometimes reaching out to the community doesn't help solve the problem.
- The best modules are now an additional fee. As a non-profit- that is a tough.
- Ability to quickly ascertain whether or not a production project is making money.
- Underwriters are able to view their aging and handle collections without involving the business office in running reports.
Ability to quickly close the month. Love the duplication function in AP, AR, Cash Management and JEs. Able to attach backup through all the modules.
We looked at Accumatica and the Micosoft product. None compared.
