Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is used mostly by the accounting department with a few employee users with access for purchasing purposes. The major business problem it addressed for us was in financial reporting. Prior to Intacct, we were manually consolidating entities in Excel and manually creating the majority of our financial reports that are produced on a monthly basis. Our month-end close process was extremely long and inefficient. Since the implementation of Intacct, we have cut our month end close time in half. The long hours and grueling Excel process has been eliminated.

Absolutely, we were existing in Excel hell prior to Intacct. Our processes and procedures have risen to higher level of sophistication and efficiency.
