Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We are currently using Sage Intacct throughout our company, which consists of several departments. It allows every department to process their own invoices and have their own approval system. In addition, it helps with budgeting as it keeps track of how much money is hitting each accounting line.

I have personally benefited from the accounts payable function and GL. The GL has become useful when budgeting and closing out certain accounts at the end of our sports year. It also helps when we need to invoice a company back. Similarly, the AP ledger does a good job of keeping track of vendor payments and has an easy way of researching any past data.
We have not used these at our company.
I was not hired during the integration period, but was told that it was easy and the representative was very helpful and available.
I have used SAP in the past. I believe that Sage Intacct is much more user friendly. I noticed this immediately while training. It also allows an approval process that was not available on the version of SAP that my previous company was using. This allows our company to work more electronically.
I believe that Sage Intacct is well suited for a smaller business. It is nice that it can adapt to other companies for AP/AR services, but it would also be more convenient if it was able to provide this on its own. Right now our company is right at 50 employees, therefore it works for our business. Their dashboard is very helpful, especially when it comes to budgeting.
