Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct as our accounting system for purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable CRM, and to do reporting and financials. It addresses not having to use the system externally to run reports or see cash balances.
- Workflow of processes.
- Accounts payable and spending.
- CRM accounts receivable grant tracking.
- Bank reconciliations: to undo just the month you wish to change, rather than reopening all and having to redo months past.
- Accounts receivable: able to import paid invoices and easily add attachments.
- Error messages on import templates to show exactly the errors.
- Move to paperless.
- Seamlessly able to see cash insights on business activity live.
- Can import directly.

We have benefited from automation, for the most part, however, there are still some nuances that take time.
